Promo Designs Scam, doesn't return calls, doesn't respond by mail like they said, can't get ahold of a person

I would not recommend using this company for ANYTHING! I have sent in a rebate on Dec. 1 and have not heard anything. I have left 8 messages, 8 emails and they said they would respond by mail in 21 days. Well it has been way more than that and I have not heard one peep! Don't use them! Don't listen to Rainbow Vaccum Cleaners pitch either! I got it from them and will spread the word that both are horrible companies!!!
