I signed up for the Google success kit online. I paid the $1.00 and waited on the kit. After receiving my credit card statement I saw they had charged me $29.95. I sent emails and made phone calls. Finally I spoke with someone who said I agreed to pay the $29.95 by signing up online. She refused to refund the money the first two times I told her I did not receive anything. It was like she was reading a written response. The third time I said But I did not get anything she said ok I can refund your money
So if you call be persistent and they will refund the money. Well I have not received a refund yet I am still waiting. The number I called was 8663410767.. Good luck
