False information, accepted money without delivering leads as promised

I was contacted by Nationwide Financing regarding insurance leads generated through their lending activities. I purchased leads on a trial basis. I was told there were more than 200 pending for my area. I received 17 "fresh" leads. 13 were disconnected or wrong numbers. I researched a couple and found the party had moved more than a year ago. I followed the procedure for replacement leads and received nothing.

IO sent an e-mail through their secure site and heard nothing. I then left a voicemail for the associate selling the leds a Mark Ecko. "Mrs. Ecko" called back several days later and as soon as I stated I had problems with the leads, she hung up. I called in and asked for a supervisor. I was connected with a "Mr Fisher" who as soon as I began to explain, hung up. Please note that I was neither loud or profane when calling.

I have since left messages and followed their contact procedures with no response for close to three weeks.
These are disreputable people with whom anyone should be wary if considering any business transaction.
