Nationwide called selling leads of applicants that were financially preapproved, going to purchase within the next 60 - 180 days and were informed that I would be calling them. They indicated that all the application paper work had been completed and all that was needed to close the transaction was a real estate contract. I purchased 10 leads for a price of $ 350.00. Leads were to be replaced if I was not satisfied with the lead or if they did not buy a house from me. When I called to ask about the type of financing that they had approved all I got was a voicemail to leave a message. I called back repeatedly before contacting the applicants. When no one called I contacted several of the leads??? And asked if they had been approved by Nationwide Financing in order to purchase a home. Of the six that I called the answer was no. They had never made application, or talked with anyone at Nationwide. Some of the phone numbers were not working numbers. When I sent an email to one of them it came back saying this email address does not exist. All information given is fraudulent. Can not get any one respond at the website under contact us nor at any of the fax numbers or phone numbers. 10/08
