Fast Response of Berkeley, CA is the biggest rip-off of all. They offer CPR classes to the general public at a cost of $45.00. If you are 3 minutes late (most likely due to their very, very, very bad directions) they charge you an extra fee of $ 20.00 and make you re-schedule your class.
The cost of the class isn't why I have a problem with them. The class itself, is a bargain at only $ 45.00, but its the service that stinks. It's understandable that you can't be late to class (for heaven's sake... You learn that in grade school), but to turn you away because of directions that they gave you were incorrect and charge you extra?!?!
After arriving at FAST Response, the instructor barked that I go downstairs and re-schedule my class and slammed the door behind me. Is that the thanks I get for choosing them to provide a service (that was never rendered to me, I might add)?
Fast Response turned my 2 hour trip into Berkeley, CA.into a one way trip to losing my money.
