I never in my life seen a company like this... I have an apt 800 sq ft one bedroom noone is homing during the week... 1 or 2 washes a week... Thermostat is on 70... Freezingin the apt... No TV cant afford to have service. One light is on in the bedroom. Electric bill was 180.00... This is a rip off... When I called them they said "Well last year your bill was 140.00 in Jan... We did have an increase... Dont get it... Some people on my propert have has high 70-80 dollars... Im paying more than peole in a 3 bedroom appt... It also seems to me most people in our appt are paying like anywhere from 1800 kwh for 1 bedroom appts... Now I have been watching the meters for some time... 3 People in my place who are never home are gettin the exorbitant bills. However a gentlemn below man his meter hardly moves... His KWH remains like 1100... Always very low and mine his high... This has been for a year or more. Every time I call progress they say the meters are locked and ther is nothing room... They dont even come to check the meter maybe its broken or maybe he is iving off of other people electric... EVery month my elec goes higher and higher... My November bill reflecte 900 kwh January doubled. This is sick. They need to be investigated...
