Hello, I paid for one month and joined www.heartdectives.com in January 09. I told them with in a week that I wanted to cancel my account with them for the future and that I didn't want to be billed again. I didn't hear back from them. I logged on to my account and removed my account at that time. Today a month later, I was billed for $25.00 by them through Texpo Inc. And also through CCbill LLC. There is no visible way to contact anyone on www.heartdectives.com and I can't log in to my old account anymore for options as it has been removed. Please either help me to get my money back from them for the second charge and to not be charged again, or advise me as to how I may proceed to do this for myself.
