PDCpages - Phone Directories Company
Forged sig. Of Office Manager, now sending bills for services not authorized!

PCDPages/Phone Directories Company has been sending faxes/mail to our company since February stating that we owe them $158.00 and the balance is due immediately.interestingly, we did NOT paid them anything, and there are no "past dues" owed. Hmmn.

Let me first state that our company does not use any advertising companies. Ever. We are a word-of-mouth company. Not to mention PCDpages is located in Orem, UTAH. We are in Spanaway, Washington, and only do business in Washington and Oregon.

One of our earliest faxes from PCDpages states that a sales rep contacted via phone on 2/17/08 and that our office manager "tele-signed" for this service. As stated above, we do not advertise through other companies, AND our office manager would never "tele-sign" anything. Meaning this sales rep FORGED our office manager's signature to start this service. (The writing is also difficult to read.)

We have made several attempts to contact this company and fix this issue via phone, fax, and email. We've also attained a lawyer and have had him contact this company. The mail/faxes are still coming in.

Also, this company has apparently tried to turn us into a collections agency once for the only professional-looking invoice they've sent (has their company watermark on it.) for $158.00. The collections agency claimed we needed to send them $189.60 to their (the collection agency) address. Our lawyer contacted them with the invoice they were trying to collect on with the correct amount and that we never authorized this service and the collection's agency has never replied.

The only thing that has changed is that the earliest faxes have one account number, and the rest have a different account number. All these papers have the same information otherwise (That we owe $158.00, due immediately, for advertising in Utah.)

Interestingly enough, the newer papers with the different account have a Credit Card Information section on the bottom of the paper, and look like they have been made in word.

Either two people in Utah are trying to fraud us in Utah under this name or PCDpages decided to change their information. Either way, PCDpages is trying to claim $158.00 on a monthly basis.

We've decided to contact the Orem Police Department with fraud charges, since there seems to be no other remedy for this situation.
