Tekcollect sales reps will lie to your face. They claimed that their contract would provide certain services that they did not in fact provide. They pressure you into signing then screw you royally. When I contacted their Senior Executive in the Office he said and I quote ["I don't care what my rep said to you" the contract holds.] Obviously they don't care so beware you may end up in their don't care pile
