I was traveling without a cell phone and needed to call the individual I was to meet. At a public phone booth at a gas station I read the words on the phone booth indicating that if I used the given phone number the call would be cheaper. (This was put there by qtbill.com)
I dialed this number, received a recorded message to dial in my credit card number. The party I was calling was only about 100 miles away and there was no indication given as to the price of this brief phone call.
When I received the bill I was astonished to see the charges of $14.95 for a one minute call. This is taking unreasonable advantage of an individual in offering service an unconsciounable rates.
