I was at BK on 2/17 when my friend and I was verbally abuse by someone seeking sleep in one of the booth. The individual proceeded to tell my friend to "shhh", it was obvious to me that her sleep was interupted. As I reminded her that this was a public place she continued to insult us with verbally abusive language. I called the manager to have her removed or I would leave or call the police if he didn't remove her. She refuse, he told me he called the police then she left upon hearing the police was called. As I continued to have my dinner at BK there was no visit from the Jersey City Police. I was just there at BK Sunday, 2/19 with my friend and I saw the individual again at BK. She is a homeless individual that comes in to sleep at one of the booth, when is this going to stop. I will stop going to BK if this is what I have to look forward to, I shouldn't have to eat while an individual like this is mentally unstable that at any given moment can lash out as she did to me.
