Shopping Essentials Unauthorized $11.95 charge on my bank statement

I received this charge on my bank statement and called the bank right away. They submitted a claim to have the money put back in my account and cancelled my debit card and sent out a new one. Do not let this company get away with it... Put in a claim right away!!!
