No Way to Contact

Won $100.00 in free gas. Followed the lengthy process to receive gas cards and paid my $5.00 for that privilege.

After 4 months, emailed them, called and left messages and nothing. Finally got a hold of a live person after 4p and he promised to send 2 of my cards immediately. 10 days later, i called again, got another person and she promised the same thing. Within the week, I did receive 3 cards. They now owe me $30.00-the final payment. When I attempted to call them on their toll free number (800-514-0366) was advised that the number is no longer in service. So now what?!!
