APX Alarm Security Solutions Faulty Alarm System never fixed Provo Utah

We have been contacted by Anderson Crenshaw and Assoc. To pay a large amount of money for alarm that does not work. My husband had the alarm installed in my Mother's house, for peace of mind.instead, we get a pain in the neck. The alarm stopped working in Jan. Numerous calls, emails and letters went unanswered in getting it looked at, let alone fixed. It resulted in my husband disputing the charges to the credit card. Then finally canceling the credit card. We are in the process of suing Apx for breach of contract and payment for services not rendered. Do not let this company take your money.
