Company is horrible. This summer they added a $20 fee for no reason. I got charged for a disconnect and reconnect service... But check this out, I NEVER had a disruption of service... Ever. I called to question this and never received an answer.
Every month my bill is going up about $50, I live in a 2 bed 980 sq ft apartment. How does this equal a $300 bill. I am furious and filing a complaint against this "company". Customer service reps... If you want to call them that act like they have no clue and sound like robots when talking to me. Would not recommend this electric service to my enemy.
I knew I shouldn't have became a customer when I called the number and a man answered on his CELL phone asking could he call me back because he couldn't hear me while he was driving. My service was set up only giving him my address... You get what you pay for... Crap in this case.
