I bought a puppy from Starmye on June 28 his Kidneys failed him on Jan 1 they state that they have a health warranty but after sending them all vet records for my dog to maybe work a deal out withh them to get another dog they have now stopped responding to any emails or phone calls.
Once I googled ultimate puppies and have been reading all the reports on them I have been sick to my stomach and have been crying ever since. I feel I got a sick dog and to think they are a puppy mill makes me sick to my stomach. I always felt I didn't get the dog I sent money for because his picture never really looked the same but I loved him anyway.
I feel for anyone who has had a bad experience with them because she has given me the run around saying she would talk to her husband and get back with me which they never have and now they are not returning my husbands phone calls. We lost our angel on Jan 1 and to think they don't want to help us makes me sick.
Please no one buy a dog from them and if they are a puppy mill they must be stopped I would hate for anyone to go through what me and my husband have because me and my husband feel like we lost our child that day. I now feel we will not ever hear back from them my dog was a sick dog and they acted like oh gosh this has never happened before but apparently it has. Their warranty on dogs is a joke and it means nothing. Please DO NOT buy a dog from them.
