I am disabled and just wanted to get some personalized help getting my service dog certified.
I was told they did this all the time. Lie. No one outside the woman who came to talk to me about the program had ever heard of the service dog claim.
I was told that their "stim collar" didn't hurt the dog. Lie. My dog cried in pain, yelped and submissive peed through the whole thing. That is terror. Pure terror, no two ways about it.
I was told that the training was done by professionals. Lie. They come for roughly 15 minutes, charge you above the training fee you've already dished out for transportation costs - and for a disabled woman living alone, $900 is a mighty big fee to scrape together - and show you once or twice what to do, then you're left alone with this shock collar that your dog is crying and peeing about and a huge dent in money that could have gone for - oh - rent? Food? Electric?
Now, all I want is a refund, as I don't wish to continue to injure my dog with their collar and they're treating me as though I'm a piece of trash to be discarded, except OH - by the way - they still want more money!
Unless the training comes with solid gold leashes, I fail to see how they justify their prices for such pitiful service anyway.
