Dear City of Anna
We are asking you to stop cheating the resident of Anna. My sister pay more as single women without children. Than a family of 4.. Why is she paying $90.00 per to 200.00 per month, if the house is vacant 90% of the time. I have not ever heard of resident without sprinklers or pools or children having a large bill as I have seen. Knowing water has been leaking in the streets, The city of Anna is knowingly cheating my sister. A single women without children should have a bill no more than 30 dollars per month... Will the city of Anna refund the money. The meters are locked, according to several resident, who would know if you're just making up numbers. If the resident can't read the meters.
