Padding Invoices?

I believe that there are problems with bills received from Accent Marketing. The bills are for call taking services that they provide. Because bills do not itemize the details of what is being charged we have no way to ensure that invoices are legitimate. If enough detail isn't provided we can't control our expenses. They don't seem to willing to provide details. Have you had any problems with Accent Marketing? I noticed that there are many complaint entries about them.
