I purchased a PC from their store in 2001 - at that time i existed in NY, but from Cleveland. During christmas vacation I arrived home and had them repair my pc, in the place of adding a 80mg HD push they offered me a 40. Regardless they set it. Their procedure is just a 3000 square foot factory in Solon, OH - Traditional western western business. Fast-forward to April of 04 and my pc crashed poor. Required it-up there (in person_ plus they set it free of charge - new motherboard, and so they washed the whole pc, changing the lover aswell.
