I paid for new products and were sent defective (used empty toner cartrage) and was charged for new product. Buy.com would not honor my request for a Return Merchandise Authorization.in short I was told, to bad, so sad, live with it. That will be my last order to Buy.com and I am telling everyone about this ripoff company.
