I order several beauty products, but never recieved the merchandise. When calling to check status, you recieve an answering machine, but then another message stating machine is full, then another message stating error has occurred and then dead air. Charges went through, but luckily the credit card company stands behind you and are disputing these charges.
I now see I am not the only one that has had this issue, as when I searched them on the internet I found several other people that this has happened too.
