Customer Support at MLB.com (hurts.) I requested two products from these folks on 11/28/08. I did so obtain among the products within 7 days that was excellent, simply because both products are Chiristmas presents. Today I received observe that the 2nd product wouldn't be delivered til 12/24/08, of course if I needed to stop contact Customer Support plus they might look after the termination. Well I would like to let you know, both administrators that I spook to explained that I could'nt stop since it was requested to date ahead of time. Recall these things were orded on 11/28/08. The 2nd woman that I talked to was therefore disrespectful it made me actually ill. The way the heck do businesses like MLB escape with this garbage? Is their anybody available that will help the numerous people who get burnt by businesses for example MLB. I will never purchase something in the organization again.
