I hired Scoot Goodin Heating and Air to fix my furnace on 12/16/08. I wrote him a check for $391 to replace a circuit board. It has been 24 days, and he still has not replaced the board.
We have contacted him several times, and each time he has an excuse. I also paid him $240 in cash to service the unit. He told me that I needed a large amount of freon. I have since discovered that you cannot charge freon in the cold weather.
