This animal hospital is Horrible!!! I took my dog in to get neautered and they put the wrong size collar on him! He got hit by 2 cars out front and killed. Only offered 5 minutes of there time to try and find him! I looked for 3 hours for my puppy in the woods and rain! In the morning I returned to find him dead on the side of the road and when I called to ask for help to get him into the hospital, they replied they do not do that! They proceeded to ask for money for a cremation or burial!!! They handled very poorly! Money, money money hungry!!! They submitted claim to their insurance company who wanted me to sign a release not to talk about the incident! I decided to decline on the offer so that people can be aware of what happened and hopefully prevent this from happening again!
I watched my puppy get hit by the (2) vehicles and have to live with this the rest of my life! No doctors ever called me after the incident on November 13th to talk to me or apologize!!! This was the worst thing I have ever been through in my life!!!
