Sold me a puppy that had Parvo and died

I purchased a puppy from Exotic Pet Stores in Arden, NC. One week later, it got sick and died from Parvo.
The owner does nothing to help people financially with the expensive bills that come from trying to save an unhealthy animal. The only offer is to knock a little bit off the purchase price of a new puppy! Like anyone this has happened to would want a new puppy from his store in the first place.
The owner should refund the purchase price of the puppy and pay for the other expenses involved in this matter such as the animal hospital bill.
