I Paid 59.00 through Paypal and recieved nothing and I can cannot contact anyone, nor will they respond to my e-mails

I paid $59.00 for a home based taking surveys. I paid through paypal and have recieved nothing. I have e-mailed several times with no response. Help, get my money back!
