Corporate Asset Management, LLC aka camreo is a total scam! They charge Real Estate agents a $299.00 fee in exchange for future listings or BPO assignments. They have a "foreclosure" tab with properties that have expired and worst of all, they are not really foreclosure listings! They allow agents to upload and market their short sale listings or any type of listing that they have, making other agents believe that these listings are foreclosures and belong to CAMREO. I have not heard of 1 agent in MD or VA that has got ANYTHING from this company. They will no longer charge the $299 renewal as of 2009 because everyone that paid them last year will drop out, and they do not want this. If we all cancel the contract, they will not be able to collect the $299.00 from the new agents that think that the affiliated agents are actually getting listings from this company. It is a complete scam!!! The employees are in south and central America.
