Our boss signed up for services with this company after being hounded by an attractive sales rep. Anyway, we found out last week WITHOUT WARNING, that ALL of our phone lines including internet access was cut off. We didn't know what happened and tried contact their tech support. We called on Friday afternoon. No one was available and their calls had been switched to an answering service (yes, an outside answering service like the kind doctors use). No one called us back eventhough we were promised a call back each time. We had customers stacked up and waiting to pay with their credit cards which of course, we could not accept because the lines were down. We tried all weekend to no avail. Needless to say, we LOST SEVERAL DAYS OF BUSINESS and possibly lost more customers trying to call us by phone and finding a busy signal instead.
We were not able to determine what the issue was until they opened on Monday (clerical error due to our bookkeeper not being familiar with the company's billing statements - an issue that could have been quickly resolved had someone from DATAVO responded to our calls.
Lesson: This is a company with practically NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. God forbid if you require service after THEIR business hours (at least ATT can take your payment anytime). Tech support is no support at all. Their people sounds like mafiosos - very mean and rude.
