Do not use this crappy company, they are scam atrists and they get away with it.
After I found out that this company was a legal scam and their hidin charges cost you double, I switched back to my old phone company. They continually charged me after the switch, which resaulted in me paying for calls twice. After I brought this to their attention, they refused to work with me and stated that MCI and Ameritech was at fault.
I filed 3 seperate complaints with BBB online. They say ok and credit me the the bill. The bill they goes to their supervisiors and they reversethe credit, stateing that they will not credit theur own fault. So they tell the BBB that they are a good company and give me a credit, only to get a call from a collection agency 3 months later for the ballance they claim they corrected.
To make this go away, I paid the bill the 3 separate times. But to my mistake, they keep making new bills. We need a class action suit against the company, and shut them down for good.
The savings are a lie, billing practices are faulty, and they refuse to say sorry. This company will only harras you and ruin your credit.
