Is she a real psychic? Or a rip-off

I have gotten a letter from her saying i will have 72 days of good luck, and to help her out with her cost 23.95 to be sent to and i get to keep the (gold key) i have not sent any money, what can i do leagly???

Any help you can give me will be very helpful, i am tried of people walking on my leagly rights!!!
