On December 18 I came across the the website www.gettingeasycash.com, a website providing an income opportunity. I was attracted by the opportunity due to the fact that advertising and recruiting was not required.

I subsequently paid $70 for a membership. After completing my payment via AlertPay I tried to log-in to my account. I received the following error message after inputting my log-in details:

"Incorrect login details provided"

I then utilized the "login troubles" link to have my log-in details emailed to me. After receiving my information via email I tried to log-in again; however, I was still unsuccessful. I then contacted support via the "Contact" link on the website explaining my log-in issue. I sent several emails to support over four days with no response.

I received a response from the administrator, Robert Cooper, nine days after my initial email. The exact response that I received from Mr. Cooper on December 27 is as follows:

"We will activate your account then u try to retrieve new password"

As of January 5, almost three weeks after my initial payment to become a member with Getting Easy Cash, and my account still has not been activated.

I've sent another email to Robert Cooper requesting a full refund of $70.00 due to the fact that I've received no products or services. Needless to say, Ive received no response to this request.
