I leased from Prime Inc from June until December 6th. I turned the lease truck in per Stan Olman / Steve Larson Prime Inc. They decided to terminate the lease on me. So I am getting all of this mail from Prime Inc, even though I no longer work there, also they had the nerve to send a Christmas card to me wishing me a Merry Christmas.
Well my Christmas was ruined because of those Hill Billys at Prime Inc. Anyway today on January 2nd I get a statement charging me for all kinds of things for the truck. It has been almost a month since I turned the truck back into Prime Inc. Russell the so called Prime Inc security guy who was never a Springfield cop (even though he tells people he was a cop). Springfield Ploice Department confirmed he was never employeed by them, and would never have someone like that work for them.
Anyway here I am charged for an Annual Inspection $110.00, Replaced Engine Air Filter $22.00, Weathering Stripping Replaced Side Door Window Seals and Reinstalled Right Door Window Seal $22.00, Replaced Cabinet Top Carpet $27.50, Replace Mud Flaps On A Century Class Truck Replace 1 Mud Flap $27.50, Replace Singa, Parking&Backup $11.00, Replace License Plate Light, Replace Alarm Brain Code Wont Work $71.50, Tighten Egr Hose Clamps Check For Air Leak Found 1/4 Air Line In 1 Frame 1 Rubbed and LeakingRpr Leak $33.00, Replaced Passenger Seat Belt Replace Bolt In Right Fender Mirror Checked Oil Leak. Repair Order Total $658.66
Fluids Cost $98.28, Parts Cost $120.38, Labor Cost $440.00 for 8 Hours. Total $658.66
Every week I get these statements and the week before they claim that I was in a whole of -$787.90 plus this amount of -$658.66 totaling -$1446.69
I spoke to someone in Success Leasing they told me they dont know why I was charged for this. I asked them how can you charge someone for something you can't back up. I advised them that the truck I picked up from them in July was not in the best shape and all of the defects were documented. They claim they don't have the inspection sheet. I will be damd if I pay for any of this. I advised them the issues of the truck with were all documented. Russell the rented security guy that Prime Inc has working there prevented me from getting any documention from Prime Inc, he threatened me say I am detaining you here, you are not going anywhere, I am having your arrested and towing your car. I had to get the Springfield Police involved. They have it logged in their system that I returned the truck on the 6th of December and that they refused to give me anything stating I returned the truck. Prime Inc refused an inspection of the truck when I returned it. So it is on them. They decided to break the lease, not me, so Too bad so sad Prime.
Before anyone Lease's with Prime Inc or Success Leasing, I would investigate this company, and not lease with them. They had put me through hell and back with me only making less than $13,000.00 in less than 6 months, not including me having to take taxes out of that amount. Do not Lease with Prime Inc or Success Leasing.
The last 2 weeks that I ran loads with this company, they didn't pay me a dime at all. They will use and abuse you. They refuse to get the owner on the phone, when I call up for him. Well he is as gulity as they are. He is running a fly by night company that uses drivers to pay for all of the truck bills, and when it comes to paying the driver, they make them quit.
