I had ordered shoes off the site and they never sent my order. But i was charged on my credit card

I my grandmother had ordered a pair of shoes for me for christmas. About december 13. And everyday i was waiting on the package to come and it never came. But she was charged on her credit card. I sent them about 3 emails and i still didnt get a respond.
