They are going by ads on other sites on the web as Cassie, Kelli, and (JoJo and Kali as well I hear). And now after I expose her (them) I am sure she/they will make another name and website.
Cassie has supposedly moved since my experience, but I think near the same area, and supposedly she and her fiance have spit-up as well, supposedly seperating the cats to make two business, but funny thing is ITZBARE is the only website and all kittens are there that is for sale. She advertises on HOOBLY and OODLE and many others, google her name or one of her catteries and you will find many of her advertising places on the web.
DO NOT deal with this breeder/s, she/they have scammed me out of allot of money.
I trusted this woman whole heartedly, surely never thought she would do this to me. Cassie's fiance had to okay all final deals made, before price and amounts could be sent to her. So as far as I am concerned he is just as much involved, he liked my money as much as Cassie I am sure.
My experience; I bought 4 CFA Registered SPHYNX kittens with full breeding rights from her/them, gave her/them the deposit (400.00 USD each) by paypal when they were less then a week old. Had to have them paid in full before they were 8 weeks old, I paid her in full along with the contract by the time they were 7 weeks old.
After I had Cassie paid in full she told me that the Calico kitten had a very bad ear infection when she was approx 7 weeks old as well as she had a tipped ear canal, and I probably would be better off not using her for breeding, (after she backed out of everything I know she had her on her website for sale for 1500.00 with full rights) so we agreed that I would not take one of the males as well, so she offered me to wait for her other cat (Chiquita) and I could have two kittens out of her, I agreed. So when the first two were ready to go, she asked for 345.00 for shipping, I paid it immediately by paypal. We had it booked for the two kittens to leave Missouri June 16th, I was to pick them up in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on June 17th.
Then Saturday before shipping date, she claimed she was going to take them for their vet check and said they had to have a USDA vet check, which I told her no. Not to ship to Canada. Monday I did not hear from her, I could not get ahold of her, I called the airline and she did not have them to the airport, finally late in the afternoon she answered, (I now know she lied as to where she had been... To the USDA VET). She really had me upset and she then told me she has decided she was not going to ship my kittens to me, it was too much of a hassle, but not to worry she would send me my money, she would never scam me over like some of those other people would do. I still stupidly trusted her.
Since then she has gave me 2000.00 Canadian, Still owing me the amount I said I would settle for ($1860.00USD) She continuously promises me money when she sells a kitten, she has sold many cats/kittens since then and nothing more has come my way and I told her I know which ones she has sold, it is a very small world, and people talk and say allot of things. I was told the IRS is investigating her, do not know if it is true, none of my business. I really did not want to advertise her like this, but no matter how much I ask/beg for my money back she just will not send it, just big promises that never happen. Since this has happened she has admitted in an email that it was not true about a USDA vet, she just decided she did not want to send them to me as she claims I changed the shipping plans, I told her no we agreed on Edmonton, so she knew exactly what she was doing, wish I had.
The worst part is for all those weeks I was sent many pics so I could watch my kittens grow up, and then boom, nothing. So now all I want is my money, and if she does send me the money I will sure come on here and make it right and let everyone know I got the money back. I told her I will settle for $1860.00 USD.
I have since offered her the chance to just send me the one kitten she has for sale out of Chiquita (was suppose to be mine anyway) and I would settle for this, but so far she/they have not agreed, I thought it would be an easy solution, but as you can see she/they are not willing to cooperate to settle my money back or kitten owed to me.
Cassie told me if I put her on the internet and told this I would not get any of my money back. But I have played her game long enough, I need others to know my experience with her. If this stops her from scamming one person then I feel better.
BE careful and aware, she/they lie and say whatever they can to make a sale, and then steal your money, and they do not care, they are just pure true to life SCAMMERS.
Found this complaint on the internet as well about another scam Cassie did on a lady when she was selling dogs. Wish I had found this before I dealt with her.

November Cassie called and made me an offer which I excepted, she offered to let me have pick kitten owed back to from another breeder she sold as a breeder, plus she agreed to pay me 400.00 USD for shipping on the kitten as I had already paid the shipping and I was not paying more shipping nor is it right for the other lady to pay it. We agreed I would have the money in a month, the month has passed and now Cassie says it will have to wait until after Christmas.
Also I know of a lady that bought a kitten from Cassie for breeding and she never got her papers, Cassie keeps saying they are coming, but not yet.
Now I see all her cats are on yet another webite, http://offbroadway. Webs.com / all new website, ALL her cats. The email that is used for this email is [email protected] with the name Cas Peterson showing in the name area. The owner of the new website is suppose to be Kristin Rehmer 722 E Broadway Sedalia, Mo 65301 660-221-1260 I can assure you I have ads saved that I can show saying Cassie or Cassie Heddrich with this email address. Kristin says she semi bought out the cattery ITZBARE from Kelly Buckner. If this is the case I feel bad for her and her husband, but I think they are relatives and knew anyway, but if all this is true, why would the email be one Cassie used from way back in the Spring of 2008.
So now we have three websites, Divine Sphynx the origional with different cats, and Itzbare and Offbroadway with all her origional cats... Scammer at her best... Hard at work.
