They did not deliver the magazine that they promised

A young man came to our home and told us a story about how he was working to get through colleage. He was presistant even after telling him no serveral times. He insisted that the company he worked for was ligitament. After a 25 to 30 minute conversation we decided to buy the so called magazine for 27 for 1year subscription which never came. We wrote a check so there is proof of the incident. This incident happened in november.
