Ripoff mistreated and ripped off

I was contacted by this company on my cell phone was not really available to talk to them

I was out of town and very busy i gave them my checking account number for this wonderful deal

I just did it to get off the ph and was planning to cancel it later, but they did promise me a major credit card with a $2000 limit

The amount was debited on feb 7th as promised but the took it out twice

Have not gotten a refund yet they keep telling me it will be any day now

Have checked my bank everyday at different intervals and the still no money.

I have also talked to the ceo of the company and still nothing but broken promises.

I am a single mom of 3 i can not afford to give up that kind of money for nothing in return so anyone can help me out please do
