Big black Friday scam, low staff quality, lack of training

Bestbuy is such a scams maker!

Before Black Friday I picked up the ADs in the front of my house. I saw a model of HP laptop (3gb memory, 160 HDD, 14.1 screen, nothing bundled.) $499 for sale, and there is a option to upgrade 4gb memory, 250gb HDD, 14.1 screen, with an anti-virus software and a Epson printer bundled) $599 for sale. I was like, OMG, such a great deal! So, I went to prepared everything for line-up and then bad luck was going to happen.

On Black Friday My sister and I were so exciting to line up for the laptop. We lined up for one whole night, and I finally got a ticket (TICKET # 209). It advertised, "HP laptop, 4gb memory, 250gb HDD, 14.1 screen with one anti-virus software and a EPSON printer." My sister also got a ticket. It advertised, "HP laptop, 4gb memory, 250gb HDD, 14.1 screen with one anti-virus software and a EPSON Printer. It looks we both would get the same bundle. HOWEVER, it was NOT!!!

My sister's and my bundle both got problems.in my case, after checkout, I found that the laptop I got was a 3gb memory, 160gb HDD. NO anti-virus software, but 2-DVD of "restoration & customization" was instead, and just this pack of DVD, they charged me $49.99. THE REALLY JOKE WAS: THEY KEEP CHARGING ME $39.99 FOR THE ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE!

So, my common is, they didn't state everything clear and sucked me into this scam.

In my sister's case, she looks got everything what they stated in the ticket. 4gb, 250gb, printer and anti-virus software, almost everything! Yes, you might noticed I used "almost". Why do I use "almost"? Just because they charged my sister $89.97 for "GEEK SQUAD STANDARD SECURITY & PERFORMANCE", and I look for it every where in the new laptop, I really cannot recognize this item. (They says it is a part of the anti-virus software)

Either of the receipt are not totally the same, and the sale prices are very confused!!!

Of course, I went back there 3 days later to claim the thing I should have. I stated the problems to them gently. The first guy looks new, he walk around talking laughing and he looks doesn't know things well, then he went to ask another guy. The other guy told me that he would try to find out the ticket on the Friday. The guy went inside for a while, I hoped he/they can give me a good answer. But he didn't. He came back and told me, "We can't do this, We can't do that. We can't find you the ticket." And then I asked him, " so, you guys destroyed all the tickets?" He answered, "Of course! What do you want me to do? You want me to file it?" And he told me that I am the only customer have this issue! (Is there anyone have the same or similar problem?) Finally, I was like, "Okay, fine fine!"

Result: got nothing!!!

My common is, I think they still have the ticket at that time and just because it was almost their go home time, so they didn't want to handle this issue further.

So, do not go to best buy! Quality

AND BESTBUY DOESN'T EVEN HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO TRAIN THERE STAFF. On that day, I was getting out the store, and the inspector found there were 2 item in the shopping cart and I didn't pay for them. Those 2 item was covered by my coat and I didn't even know it. I recognized it was my fault and I put them back to the register immediately. When we really get out the store and there was yellow Bestbuy T-shirt guy a talked to me, "Yo, don't do that shXX again."
Those bestbuy staffs also look like a high school security person. They yelled on customers just because those customers sit or stand on the appliances. They said something like, " If you keep sitting or standing on the appliances, you will be sent home and I will take your ticket away."
HORRIBLE bestbuy!

Really, really really really, don't go to bestbuy. They are not the best any more!
