After I have made numerous phone calls about my web site and told whoever that I was speaking to that I was not happy with my web site, I decided to write this letter.
Each time I have called their Tech Support, there are times that I feel as if the problem is being swept under the rug, one young lady told me to view the webinars that they provide, my only gripe with that is I don't have the time to sit and view a video for an hour and a half.
Also, I was told that I could work on my site but when I contacted them again, I was told what to do and then I had to request an update. Each time an update is done, I am charged and I have spent over $ 1,400 with this company and I have not seen any traffic directed as I was told if I paid for one particular service, my web page does not appear in the Google search engine and they ignore emails quite frequently.
They have trained their sales staff well, and for someone like me who needed help with a web site and didn't know about building a site and keywords, they knew which buttons to press, unfortunately I may not be able to get my money back, I seem to hit a brick wall whenever I call and want to speak to the person who sold me this package.
