Report this man to the Texas Workforce Commission and the IRS. Freelancers have rights. He has admitted to giving you specific instructions about work - I believe that is one of the items the IRS considers when deciding if you are an employee or contract - look into unemployment law. He may not pay you now, but he will after they go through his paperwork and see these postings. Make sure to document them - he can't do this to you.
See if he's paying sales tax - there are people out there that can get justice for you.

This woman should contact the Texas Workforce - they will handle Damon Gibson - Texas doesn't like companies that don't pay employees. This lady should takes copies of what this man has written about her on the Internet to them. FYI - the IRS should have a field day with this as well - no signed contracts for people working for you - trying not to pay taxes? Texas doesn't like that either.

Not paying an employee is the least of your unprofessional conduct - it seems that you are not refunding money on ad contracts that you did not fulfill, not returning calls to angry business owners who you owe money to... The list goes on - shame on you.
Damon Gibson just do what Texans think is right - or move to some other state with fewer standards. Texans treat people fairly and honestly. We pay our debts and don't bully people who work for us.
