I was a direct tv customer for 8 years, in october i had cancelled and went to a different company. I turned in all boxes and thought i was done with the company. A few weeks ago i was charged 33.95 to my bank account from direct tv. When i called, they told me the charge was from one of my boxes access card. Apparently it showed some adult movies ordered back in 2 years ago! I asked why they didnt charge me when i supposedly ordered them they had no answer. I did not receive a call, letter, etc informing me of this, they just charged my card that they should not have on file since i am no longer a customer. After an hour of arguments, they said they would credit my bank account in 7-10 days, when i called yesterday they said they resinded and only gave me credit to my direct tv account (which i do not have) they cannot show me any proof of this charge, no receipt, printout. Nothing. I do not know where to begin but they cannot get away with this. I need help!!
