I tried calling today, three times to cancel my free trial and any further orders. A gentleman by the name of Sean kept answering acting like he could not hear me. Well, the third time I left a message cancelling my free trial and any further orders. I would like a confirmation number that I have cancelled today Dec. 16. It is very frustrating that you can send us things but when we want to cancel we can't get through to anyone.
I would appreciate a reply and a confirmation number.
