This company approached us for Pm 's and started off great but sadly went down hill fast. Charged us ridicules prices on parts (we found out we didn't need) Had charged us for time at one of our stores (2.5 hours) he was there 40 minutes (cameras caught him) also caught him smoking out back of the store and actually taking food off our line! The replacement was a kid who was barely out of high school. The one was showing him how to read the dials and appeared to have left some tools at our store. Very unimpressive for such a large company. Had called to ask for supervisor but "his" was on vacation this week. Have heard many horror stories about this company
