Usa Credit USACREDIT ripped me off and took 149.98 dlls. Without my consent

Usa Credit aquirred my bank account and took 149.98 dollars from my bank account with out my permission. I tried to contacting Usa Credit and they are always closed, so thta I could get my money back, no luck, they ripped me-off.
