My name is mary on oct. 4 northstar withdrew 199.90 from my acct. And i was told i would recieve my materials in 2 to 4 weeks. Nothing happened so, i kept calling, they told me i would recieve it nov. 8, nothing then i called again then they said nov. 18.
Finally i called 2 and 3 times a week, finally i called again and told them i wanted a refund and they said since it was so, long they would then they said it took 7 days. 7 days went by i called again then they said i had to write aletter of cacellation and i told them that was not what i was told.
Then i called again they told me they were trying to do direct deposit back to peoples who wanted there money back, but they said they were having trouble with there system so, they were going to cut checks and now when i call all it does is ring nobody will answere the phone.
I'm tired of companies ripping people off out of there good hard earned money and somebody needs to let the BBB know and who ever will listen.
