I purchased plants for my buddy who had been having surgery through their site. I particularly required an after 2:30 pm (post-surgery) shipping for Wednesday 12/9/08 to be delivered straight to a healthcare facility. I received my transaction verification and was feeling fairly excited to surprise my ill friend. Wednesday arrived and went with no shipping. I obtained a missed ask my mobile phone but no concept. I named the # that named me back and was fulfilled with bad customer support. I subsequently requested was fulfilled having a hang up on the finish and was left feeling cheated. I called back and talked to a different individual who was to contact me in a couple of minutes. No reply. I call-back after which talked to another person who'd no info to provide me.
