The case alleges that after mailing ads sympathizing with homeowners' "dark time of heartbreak, " Mario Watkins cheat them on "foreclosure negotiation services, " the State of Ohio says in Franklin County Court.
I can confirm that from my own personal experience.

Advised me through one of his other corporate entities called "Global Services of Ohio".
He contractually agreed to help mitigate foreclosure proceedings, and offered a "packaged deal" for $10,000 for multiple properties. Half would be in a trust account, to be returned in case of unsatisfactory service.
He then proceeded to do simply nothing. No negotiations. The first foreclosure happened and he didn't even know about it. I then started calling my creditors to inquire about the status of the negotiations Mario advised were proceeding well. They were unaware of any negotiations, which Mario of course claimed to be just typical negotiations tactics.
In the end not one property was saved, not one short-sale, modification or any other agreement even discussed, and all properties foreclosed.
Mario stopped retuning calls and emails, and of course kept the entire payment, including the "trust fund".
The Ohio Attorney General now filed a suit, and anybody doing business with Mario W Watkins should be aware of that.
