I'm being billed $9.99 regular on my telephone bill for ringer support that I don't employ (not have). I actually donot understand how or when it began. I named the amount shown on the site, sent their customer support, and texted "Quit" as directed in a wording that I obtained. About 2 minutes after I texted, I obtained another wording from their store warning me that I will utilize some new ringers. I simply would like to get gone the costs, and be seemingly getting nowhere. Support!
