No puppy and no money refunded

I bought a poodle that was not available as I was told some weeks later. After realizing my mistake, I called the following day to cancel the transaction and eventhough I have a conformation number for the cancellation, I am still waiting since October 2nd for a credit on my credit card. I called many times but got only false promises about a credit. BREEDER'S DIRECT still got my money.
