Een around and around with this company, I belive they repersent ASTRIVE but not sure. There were to be no payments until 6 months after graduation, but get a bill and a million phone call's a month, plus payments were only supose to be 50.00 a month the least amount has been 130.00. Have put loan in forbarence and this company still can't get their "stuff" striaght. Threating phone call's, they don't even care who they are speaking too, when they call! I've told them many time's this loan is in forbarence, but they keep saying they have no record of it. This is my last doings, next call I get I'm contacting a attorney. DON'T use this company or CITI Bank for student loans, and don't let the college tell you that you have to use these companies! I think Central Michigan University get's "kick" backs from them since they forced us to use these companies, saying that the college only excepts loan's from them.
